First of all, just have to say how happy we were to see our car finally on its way to NSW. It had been a five-year struggle dealing with the NDIS. Confusion, lost paperwork etc. It was so good getting regular updates on what stage the car was at. Have to say it would have been nice to receive a few photos of the process. Apparently, we were told that our car was returned to WA in the quickest time. Getting the car back has made our life easier, no more lifting Erica into a car seat. We chose to have a manual ramp which is so easy to operate. Can lift it by just flicking it up with my foot. Cannot fault the build quality and finishing. Impressed with the strip light along the floor. Erica is due for a new wheelchair in the first part of next year, with this new chair she will sit closer to the front seats. Again appreciate everyone’s hard work throughout the process. Nearly forgot to say that Erica loves riding in the car now.
