How long does vehicle modification take by Freedom Motors?
A:
For a standard modification, it can take between 8-12 weeks. (This is not inclusive of freight times).

Where are the works performed on my vehicle?
A:
Vehicle modification is at the Freedom Motors factory in North St Marys, NSW. We also do installation of various products at our workshop in Malaga, WA.

What is the ramp weight limit?
A:
Freedom Motors standard ramp is rated at 350kg.

How do I know if something is covered under Warranty with Freedom Motors?
A:
You can view our Warranty Policy. If you are still unsure, lodge a service request and our team will determine if you are experiencing an issue covered by warranty.
Q:
I require a service or repair to my vehicle. What do I do?
A:
All service/ repair requests need to go through our Warranty/Service Request Form
Please ensure you complete all required fields and add images/ videos of what you are experiencing in order for our team to determine what you require. If we do not have enough information, we will need to contact you, which may cause further delays.
Q:
I don't live in NSW. How do I get my vehicle serviced?
A:
Freedom Motors have partnerships Australia-wide for servicing & repairs on our modifications. Once you complete our Warranty/Service request form, a Freedom representative will recommend you with a contact to a service provider closest to you.
Q:
Do Freedom Motors supply loan vehicles?
A:
We do not supply/ cover the costs of a loan vehicle during the time of work being completed on your car. However, we have rental vehicles that you can hire. See more here – Wheelchair Vehicle Hire
Q:
I no longer need my vehicle that was modified by Freedom Motors. What do I do?
A:
You may choose to sell it on yourself, otherwise we will be happy to make you a competitive offer to buy back the vehicle.
