We chose the Family Design conversion and purchased a new Kia Carnival YP wheelchair accessible vehicle conversion and absolutely love it !!
We had heard great things about Freedom and also met James at the Disability Expo in Brisbane. He showed genuine care and even liaised with a supplier at the Expo to borrow the power wheelchair we were looking at buying to show us how it would fit in the Kia Carnival.

Our experience dealing with James has been exceptional from day one. James has taken the time to meet with us multiple times throughout the process and has always displayed knowledge and willingness to help and support during our vehicle purchase/modification journey.
Upon receiving our new Kia Carnival, James kindly came out to our home to show us some of the new features of our vehicle and importantly taking us through the wheelchair safety restraint system. This was during Covid lockdown so it was reassuring to have someone support us the whole way through the journey.
We had a lot of questions and James was also happy to respond and provide support which made our experience so pleasant.
We love the conversion and the fact that the Family Design allows our Son to sit in the middle seat next to his sister.
The quality of workmanship looks fantastic – Freedom definitely knows what they are doing. Our new converted vehicle really makes life easier for our family – and our backs !!
