On the 24th of October 2012, I have had your company perform a conversion of my Kia Grand Carnival van (Late Model) to be a car made wheelchair accessible which contributes to my career. The car was converted as a passenger design. I am a taxi driver, so this conversion was performed so I can transport disabled people around with ease. This is the second time I’ve used the services of Freedom Motors. The sales person was very friendly and patient in answering my questions and made explanations in detail. Another thing I have noticed on my first time at Freedom Motors, before I requested their services, is that when I have contacted other companies that their customers have complained about their services and the quality of the outcomes. At Freedom Motors, I have heard no such thing which makes me feel that they are reliable. The quality of the conversion was excellent, everything was done flawlessly even though the conversion took a little long, the staff made sure everything was in place in the final check of the car before I claim back the car. There was a slight modification to the foldable back seats in the rear that I asked for which was made and I am please with it. The services, although with slight delays, were of high quality. The first time I have used the services of Freedom Motors was 7 years ago, which the conversion had been made on my Toyota Tarago. The reliability and quality of the services was pleasing and of high standards then and still is to the present day. The after sale services were excellent. The standard level of the quality of conversions made by Freedom Motors is very high and thus I would recommend for anybody who wishes to have their vehicle made wheelchair accessible to consult the company to do so. I appreciate all the work and efforts the Freedom Motors have put in to make this conversion possible...
