TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, We were in desperate need of a vehicle that was capable of transporting our disabled daughter. After being told about Freedom Motors and a number of other smaller organisations capable of converting a vehicle for a wheelchair, we decided to go with Freedom Motors. Freedom was a much larger organisation and was continually churning out vehicles converted for wheelchairs for both Taxi services and private vehicles such as ourselves and we had heard several horror stories with conversions done by other organisations. We purchased a KIA Grand Carnival in January of 2011 and booked the car for a passenger conversion in around April. The car was converted in around 6 weeks. We had a number of concerns regarding dimensions and so forth when it came to the conversion and the salesperson was very helpful in providing the information we required. The conversion was seamless and the vehicle has been used a multitude of times to transport our disabled daughter. We have found the ramp to be very solid and all the restraint mechanisms to be very safe. We would be very happy to recommend Freedom Motors to others in need of wheelchair conversions and I can guarantee our next vehicle will be converted by the same organisation again.
