Dear Robert, Re: Kia Grand Carnival Modification to Drive from a Power Wheelchair. As a 58 year young person with paraplegia for the first time in many years I now have Freedom when I need to travel for leisure or in fulfillment of my position as Community Partnerships manager for the Paraplegic Benefit Fund. Until recently, each time I needed to travel in my standard vehicle it imposed upon me the requirement of lifting my weight transferring in and out of my vehicle four times for each trip. Also, the lifting of my wheelchair in and out of the vehicle added additional stress upon my shoulders. As a consequence this has worn out both my shoulders requiring major modifications to the manner in which I now maintain my mobility. The modifications that you have provided to my Kia, allowing me to access it easily via my power wheelchair and to drive it without the need to transfer into the drivers seat, have changed my life completely and made my travel so much simpler and more spontaneous. I only wish that I had made the change earlier than I have been forced to do so as my shoulders today would be in far better condition than they are. A considerable number of friends have seen the modifications and they have all commented on the exceptional high quality of the modifications and how functional they are in assisting people with a mobility disability such as mine. Please feel free to utilize this letter of recommendation should you have any potential clients considering obtaining a self drive vehicle from Freedom Motors. Thank you again for changing my life and helping we continue to remain actively employed for with my standard vehicle I would have found it very difficult to continue my current employment.
Kindest Regards, Enjoy Life & Stay Safe, Tony South
