We decided to go through Freedom Motors for modification of our 2020 Kia Carnival August 2020. The medications included a ramp, new flooring including carpeting, moving of Fuel tanks exhaust, moving from a 8 seater to a 7 seater (includes wheelchair access) and many more modifications.
Our little Son Samuel is diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and it was paramount that we were to get this modifications to assist with his travel needs.
We were originally told it would take 8 weeks to complete the modifications for our sales person Shauny. To our surprise it was ready within 6 weeks.
The quality of the conversion was to a standard that surprised myself and my wife. The professionalism to all staff at freedom was faultless.
We sent our car in through the COVID epidemic, though this not stop Freedom from giving us a quality product.
We were expecting the vehicle to look unpleasant with all the bells and whistles that comes with a modified vehicle, though the work completed by Freedom was immaculate.
The modifications has been welcomed and appreciated by all out family and friends. Samuel is now more comfortable in the vehicle.
